We're a locally owned Bunbury business that's grown quickly, and we're looking for one exceptional person to take on a unique role that supports our two businesses. This isn't your typical 9-to-5 job. You'll be responsible for supporting and growing two separate businesses, giving you plenty of variety and the opportunity to make a real impact every day.

About the Role

Role #1: Short-Term Rental Operations Help manage a portfolio of 15 short-term rental properties across the South West, ensuring guests have a great experience and properties run smoothly.

Role #2: Retail Sales Growth – Taste it Games

Help grow Taste it Games, an award-winning wine card game currently stocked in 100 retail stores across Australia.

Our goal is ambitious: increase distribution from 100 stores to 300 stores over the next 12 months by building relationships, opening new accounts, and driving sales growth.

This is one position with two distinct areas of responsibility, making it perfect for someone who enjoys variety, likes wearing multiple hats, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

The role combines sales, customer relationships, operations, marketing, and problem-solving, giving you the opportunity to play an key part in the growth of both businesses.

What You'll Be Doing

- Growing sales, bookings, and customer relationships across both businesses.




- Expanding Taste it Games from 100 to 300 retail stockists by proactively identifying opportunities and building strong relationships with wineries, gift stores, tourism businesses, and other retail partners.
- Building genuine connections with guests, customers, stockists, and suppliers.
- Managing enquiries and helping convert interest into confirmed sales or bookings.
- Keeping properties running smoothly by coordinating cleans, maintenance, customer service, and occasional local inspections.
- Managing social media accounts and creating content that connects with people.
- Identifying new opportunities and helping us improve and grow both businesses.

You'd Be a Great Fit If You...

- Are outgoing, friendly, and genuinely enjoy talking to people
- Have some sales experience or a natural knack for it
- Are organised, reliable, and happy to work independently from home
- Love social media and enjoy creating fun, engaging content.
- Are confident using TikTok, Instagram and Facebook.
- Live in or around Bunbury with a car and current licence
- Are physically fit enough to occasionally helping out at a property when needed

- At least 2 years of relevant work experience
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to keep your phone handy and respond promptly
- A genuine passion for customer experience
- Valid work visa required to work legally in Australia
