What you'll be doing

Every shift is an opportunity to improve someone's day. Working within residential aged care, you'll play an significant role in supporting residents to live comfortably, safely and with dignity.

Your responsibilities may include

- Providing personal care, including showering, dressing, grooming and toileting assistance
- Assisting residents with mobility, transfers and mealtime support
- Building genuine relationships with residents through respectful, person-centred care
- Monitoring resident wellbeing and reporting any changes to the nursing team
- Maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming environment
- Working collaboratively with Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses and care teams to deliver exceptional outcomes
