We're working with one of Queensland's most respected boutique plaintiff firms on an opportunity for a lawyer with approximately 1.5-5 years' PAE to join its growing team.

This is a firm known for quality work, outstanding client outcomes and investing in its lawyers.

Unlike many plaintiff practices, lawyers aren't expected to manage excessive file numbers. Typical caseloads sit at around 40 files, allowing you to properly prepare matters, build strong client relationships and achieve the best possible outcomes.

The practice includes

- Motor vehicle accident claims
- WorkCover matters
- Public liability claims
- Medical negligence and other complex personal injury work

Working closely with highly regarded Partners, you'll receive genuine mentoring and hands-on support as your career develops.



This is a team where senior lawyers remain actively involved in both client work and the development of junior lawyers.

About you

You'll ideally have

- Approximately 1.5-5 years' PAE
- Plaintiff personal injury experience
- Solid communication and client relationship skills
- A genuine interest in building a long-term career in plaintiff law
