We are looking for a motivated and reliable Copier Technician to join our growing team on a full-time basis.

About the Role
As a Copier Technician, you will:
- Install, service and repair photocopiers and multifunction devices.
- Diagnose and resolve technical faults both on-site and remotely.
- Provide excellent customer service while working at client locations.
- Maintain accurate service records and reports.
- Work independently while managing your daily schedule.
Essential Requirements
- Current Australian Driver's License.
- Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain one).
- Strong mechanical and/or technical aptitude.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Full Australian working rights.
Desirable Skills
- Previous experience servicing photocopiers, printers or office equipment desirable but not essential
- Basic IT and networking knowledge, including setting up devices on customer networks and troubleshooting connectivity issues.
- Experience with Windows operating systems and network printing would be highly regarded.
- Manufacturer certifications are an advantage but not essential.
- In house training provided.
