South Eastern Private Hospital is seeking an experienced Grade 1 Physiotherapist to join our dynamic rehabilitation team. This is a full time position based at our hospital in Noble Park, VIC. As a Physiotherapist, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality, patient-centred physiotherapy services to support the recovery and rehabilitation of our patients.
What you'll be doing
- Assessing patients' physical conditions and developing individualised treatment plans to address their needs
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a coordinated approach to patient care
- Providing education and support to patients and their families to promote self-management and ongoing wellbeing
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and contributing to clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives
What we're looking for
- Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy and eligibility for registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- At least 1 year of experience as a Physiotherapist, preferably within a hospital or rehabilitation setting
- Strong clinical skills and the ability to apply evidence-based practice in the assessment and treatment of patients
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- A demonstrated commitment to continuous career development and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care
