Our client; is looking for an emerging or established Senior Civil Engineer (4-8 years+ experience) who wants to transition from being the technical "doer" to becoming a trusted project leader.

Unlike many consultancies where leadership hold onto client relationships, our client empowers its engineers to build their own networks, manage projects, mentor others and develop into future Associates and Principals.

- Diverse Queensland land development projects from DA through to construction

We're looking for someone with:

- 4-8+ years experience in Queensland land development
- Experience working with developers, councils and multidisciplinary teams
- RPEQ or currently working towards registration
- The ambition to take the next step in their career
