von Bibra Auto Group is growing and we're looking for multiple Parts Interpreters and Trainee Parts Interpreters to join our busy Trade Parts team in Robina.

About the Roles
As part of our Trade Parts team, you'll be responsible for supporting Trade and Retail customers by identifying, sourcing and supplying automotive parts and accessories. You'll work alongside an experienced team in a fast-paced environment that values customer service, teamwork and continuous learning.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and source parts and accessories for Trade and Retail customers.
Provide exceptional customer service and technical advice via phone, email and in person.
Process customer enquiries, quotations and orders accurately and efficiently.
Support inventory control and parts catalogue management.
Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
About You
We're interested in candidates with:
Robust customer service and communication skills.
A genuine interest in the automotive industry.
Previous experience in Parts Interpreting, automotive sales, customer service or retail sales (advantageous but not essential).
Good computer skills and the ability to learn inventory and catalogue systems.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
The ability to thrive in a team environment.
