Evolution Mining is seeking a Reliability Engineer for fixed plant at Cowal Gold Operation in NSW. The role focuses on improving reliability of crushers, mills, conveyors, pumps and related assets through data analysis, condition monitoring, and defect elimination.
You will work with maintenance, planning and operations, on a 5:2/4:3 roster with 10-hour days. You will lead root cause analysis, develop asset management strategies, coach teams, and engage with OEMs to resolve reliability issues
