- Strong clinical knowledge in emergency, acute, and specialty areas (paediatrics, mental health, aged care)
- Excellent critical thinking, decision-making, and prioritisation skills in high-pressure environments
- A proactive approach to professional development and leadership, with the ability to engage in pod coordination, ESSU navigation, and broader departmental initiatives.
