Reporting to the Head of Service, this role is responsible for the installation, regular maintenance, repair, applications development and technical support of ZEISS equipment and associated third-party products. The role will primarily support our customer base in NSW but will occasionally be required to travel interstate and internationally.Key responsibilities include:Conduct pre-installation site inspections and consult with customers on installation requirementsInstall ZEISS IQS systems, conduct acceptance testing, provide user training and deliver applications supportConduct preventive maintenance on systems to support high performance standards and maximise instrument uptimeDiagnose and repair designated products within an assigned service territory in accordance with training, manuals and guidelinesProvide qualified technical support to users of ZEISS IQS products in industrial marketsProvide customer applications support to achieve customer-based outcomesEngage with local team members and global support functions on specific technical topicsMaintain company-issued test equipment,
