Black Truck & AG is looking for a friendly, organised and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our Chinchilla team.
Previous experience as a Service Advisor is highly desirable, but not essential. If you have a strong background in customer service, excellent administration and organisational skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.
As the link between our customers and our workshop, you'll play a vital role in ensuring every service experience is professional, efficient and positive.
About the Role
Your day will include:
- Scheduling service appointments and managing bookings
- Greeting customers and checking in vehicles
- Preparing repair orders and accurately recording customer concerns
- Reviewing vehicle history and recommending additional maintenance where appropriate
- Keeping customers informed throughout the repair process, including timeframes and costs
- Explaining completed work and invoices in a clear, easy-to-understand manner
- Responding to phone and email enquiries
- Providing general administrative support and helping maintain an organised front office
What We're Looking For
- Previous Service Advisor experience is desirable but not essential
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Solid administration,
organisational and business skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- High attention to detail and the ability to multitask
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- The ability to remain calm and organised in a busy environment
- A current and valid driver's licence (essential)
