Elderly Care on the Gold Coast is seeking a Clinical Manager with a solid aged care background to lead and support our Pimpama Aged Care Team in a full-time role (76 hours per fortnight). This pivotal position focuses on clinical leadership, compliance, and delivering compassionate, high-quality care.
You will be supported by a dedicated Facility Manager and will coach clinical staff, drive governance and use our electronic care management system to improve outcomes.
