Whatyou’lldo:
In our Transformation Assurance team,youwill lead and manage project assuranceand advisoryengagements acrossadiversenumber oftransformation projectsandprograms. You will use yourstrong project managementand riskexpertiseto deliverhigh-quality analysis of project and program risks in the form of written deliverables, including reports, memos, and executive board papers.This includes:
- Reviewing andanalysingcritical project/program artefacts (including risk reports, business cases, business requirements documents,change management and comms plans, testing and data migration plans,or project plans).
- Identifyingkey risksand root causesthat may deter from thesuccess of projects/programs.
- Leading clientmeetings andengagements, including fieldwork interviews and final presentations of key findings to senior executives and board members.
- Overseeing the delivery of formal reports, including detailed analysis and recommended solutions.
You will also form part of theTransformation Assuranceleadership team, where you will support business development to win new work inthe marketas well as developthe skills and capabilities ofmore junior staff. This includes:
- Developing andmaintainingstrong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor during transformation activities and ensuring that quality assurance advice aligns with their strategicobjectives.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop proposals and find innovative solutions that bringdifferent partsof the PwC firm together to solve important problems for our clients.
- Stayingup-to-datewith industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to delivercutting-edgeinsights to our clients, and using these insights to inform business development products (articles, new services or offerings, best practiceframeworksand other IP,etc)
- Mentoring and coaching junior team members,including supporting professionaldevelopmentand growth aligned to their goals
- Fostering a culture of continuous learning,professional development,and fun,with a focus onstrengtheningproject management capabilities.

You’llhelp solve complex problems by using yourproject/program/portfolio delivery and assuranceskills/experienceto:
- Provideadviceoncomplextransformation programsacross sectors andindustries.
- Leadteamsandoverallmanagementof client engagements, includingengagementplanning, testing,fieldwork,and reporting stages.
- Solve problemswith your excellent analytical and reasoningskills, with keen attention to detail.
- Build relationships with your strong interpersonal and communication skills,leveragingyourcapabilityand experience witheffectively engaging with clients and team members.You have experience working with senior stakeholders (e.g.Executives).
- Work independently as well as part of a team-oriented team.
- Build andmaintainrelationships across the industryto support business development, withexperience preparing proposalsor responses to tenders from clients.
- Apply youradvanced understanding of project management methodologies,and arecomfortable leading project,programand portfolioreviews.
Desirableskills
- Specific experience in Financial Services/Banking, Consumer Industries, ormajor ERP(technology implementation)programs is desiredbut notrequired.
- Consultingexperienceis desiredbut notrequired
- Relevant project management certifications (e.g., Prince2, Agile,ProsciChange Management) are an advantage but notrequired.
