$193,017.71 per annum + Superannuation

- 5 weeks annual leave + paid annual office closure

About the Association

The New South Wales Nurses and Midwives’ Association (NSWNMA) is the registered union for nurses and midwives in NSW and one of Australia's largest and most respected member organisations.

With a proud history of advocating for nurses and midwives and delivering strong outcomes for our members, we continue to grow and evolve.

As part of our commitment to modernising our people practices, we are seeking an experienced Learning and Development professional to design and lead impactful learning programs that build capability, support organisational transformation and contribute to our ongoing success.

About You





- You will have tertiary qualifications in Adult Education or demonstrated significant experience.
- Management and Leadership qualifications or/and experience.
- You will be an expert in training needs analysis, learning program development and delivering and managing end-to-end training projects.
- Travel, though occasional, will be a requirement of this role.
