Bindaree Food Group at the Myola Feedlot is seeking a Feeding Leading Hand to lead a hands-on crew of feed truck drivers and oversee daily feeding operations. You will manage rostering, operate milling and feed truck machinery, and ensure bunk calls are on schedule while maintaining clean bunks and high safety standards.

You will train and coach team members, monitor hazards, and keep accurate daily records to support reliable feeding and reporting.
