Security clearance: Current NV1 required - ITAR restrictions apply

Our agency is recruiting a Senior Systems Engineer for a leading organisation in the defence sector. You will lead system-level integration, verification and validation activities across a large and complex engineering setting.

Key responsibilities

- Develop V&V; plans, compliance matrices, test plans and procedures.
- Lead the planning and execution of system verification and validation activities.
- Review requirements for traceability and testability.
- Coordinate system and subsystem integration and testing activities.
- Analyse results, manage defects and oversee regression testing.
- Work closely with customers and multidisciplinary engineering teams.




- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to other engineers.

About you

- Extensive systems integration, verification and validation experience.
- Strong systems engineering and requirements-management knowledge.
- Defence experience, ideally across Command and Control, ISR or related systems.
- Knowledge of MBSE and tools such as DOORS, Rhapsody or ETM.
- Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience.
- Current NV1 clearance and ability to meet applicable ITAR requirements.
