About the Role

We are looking for a passionate, motivated and committed person to take on the Full-Time role of Café Manager. This position requires an autonomous, resilient, solution-focused person to lead our staff into an efficient & productive workday.

Task will include but not limited to;

- Support Venue Manager and Director in daily operations, working closely together
- Manage our F&B; team efficiently, ensuring you lead by example




- Manage staff rosters and shift checklists
- Maintain policy and procedures
- Ensure staffing procedures are relevant and updated where necessary to improve efficiency and productivity
- Maintain stakeholder relationships

Key Qualifications/ Experience

- Must have a minimum of 4 years of hospitality industry experience
- Be able to lead a young and enthusiastic team
- Worked in high-volume and quality venues
- Be extremely organised
- Have a positive working attitude and a friendly and relaxed service style
- Available to work evenings and weekends
- Full working rightsin Australia
