Withambitiousgrowthplans,youwillplayakeyroleinprovidingfinancialinsightstosupportstrategicdecision making.

Youwillleadandsupporttheproductionofdetailedbusinessplans,conductingdetailedfinancialduediligenceforacquisitions,mergers,andbuyouts,identifyingrisksandopportunities.



This is key within this role as the founder is about to acquire a new business to add to the portfolio.

Requirements

Skills&Experience;:

- Minimumof7-10yearsofexperienceinmanagementaccounting,ideallyinengineeringormanufacturing
- Proventrackrecordofparticipatinginaudits,includingpreparationandmanagementofauditprocesses.
- Extensiveexperienceinmergers,acquisitions,andbuyouts,includingduediligenceandintegration.
- Excellentknowledgeoffinancialsystems,ERPsoftware,andadvancedExcelskills.
- ExperiencemanagingfinancialgrowthinbusinessestransitioningfromSMEtomid-sizedoperations.
- Strategicthinkerwithexceptionalleadershipqualitiesandtheabilitytomanagecross-functionalteams
