About the Role

We are seeking a Permanent Part-Time Physiotherapist to join a supportive and multidisciplinary team based in Werribee. You will provide evidence-based physiotherapy services across the community, working with a diverse caseload including NDIS participants, Home Care Package clients, TAC clients, and Medicare-funded clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct assessments and develop personalised treatment plans
- Deliver physiotherapy services in home, community, and other relevant settings
- Support clients to achieve their mobility, functional, and independence goals




- Collaborate with families, carers, support coordinators, and other allied health professionals
- Complete clinical documentation and reports in a timely manner
- Contribute to a positive, client-focused team workplace

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Bachelor of Physiotherapy (or equivalent)
- Current AHPRA registration
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with NDIS participants, Home Care Package (HCP) clients, TAC clients, Medicare-funded clients
- Robust assessment, treatment planning, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a community-based caseload
- Current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
