Role Description The Physiotherapist role at Sports Focus Physiotherapy is a part-time, on-site position based in Sydney, NSW. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing clients with sports-related and musculoskeletal conditions, developing individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans, and delivering hands-on therapy and exercise-based interventions.

The Physiotherapist will monitor progress, update clinical notes, and communicate clearly with clients about their recovery goals and strategies. The role also involves collaborating with other healthcare professionals as needed, maintaining high standards of professional conduct,



and contributing to the overall quality and efficiency of the clinic’s operations.

Qualifications

- Relevant tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy and current registration (or eligibility for registration) with the appropriate qualified board or authority.
- Experience or strong interest in sports, musculoskeletal, and rehabilitation physiotherapy, including assessment, treatment planning, and progression of exercise programs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain clinical concepts clearly and build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based clinical setting, manage a part-time caseload, and maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Commitment to evidence-based practice, ongoing professional development, and adherence to ethical and regulatory requirements.
- Experience in private practice or sports-focused settings is desirable; additional certifications in sports physiotherapy or related areas are an advantage
