About the role
Gemelli Brisbane is currently recruiting for a pizza chef to join the Gemelli family
Duties
- Work closely with the chefs to ensure smooth operation
- Work with the team of hospitality professionals to deliver exceptional service
- Managing and coordinating all dine-in and takeaway orders
- Handling fast-pace restaurant operations
- Prepping and making delicious pizzas
Skills & Experience
- Proven 2year experience in a similar role
- Experience with woodfire oven
- Experience with high hydration pizza dough
- Full working rights in Australia
- A calm and professional approach to their job
- Strong communication skills
- Incredible attention to detail
- Staff and customer service focused
