Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas with high-quality ingredients, maintaining our signature standards
- Manage dough preparation, proofing, and stretching for an authentic, artisanal pizza experience
- Ensure a clean and organized workstation, following food safety and hygiene standards
- Collaborate with team members to keep kitchen operations smooth and effective
- Assist in menu innovation, suggesting seasonal and specialty pizzas
- Monitor stock levels,



maintaining an efficient kitchen inventory

Requirements
- Proven experience as a pizza chef or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of pizza dough techniques, toppings, and cooking times
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Flexibility with work hours, including evenings and weekends
