We are going through an exciting phase of growth and are looking for a Planner to join our team and support the planning and delivery of our projects.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Planner with construction experience who enjoys working ahead, solving problems and coordinating multiple priorities.

The key focus of the role will be to develop and maintain project and production programs, and track planned versus actual labour and output to assess whether projects are meeting budget. The role will also involve coordinating labour,



capacity and delivery priorities across multiple projects, preparing fabrication programs, lookahead programs and forecasts. You will also be involved in developing tender programs.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will work closely with the Operations Manager and Project Engineers to ensure planning information is accurate, current and clearly communicated.

There will also be opportunities to grow and expand into planning for onsite steel fixing works.

What do you bring?

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

- Worked as a Planner for a Tier 1 or 2 contractor, precast company, reinforcing steel supplier or construction related industry.

- Positive knowledge of reinforcing steel and construction methodology.

- Experience using Primavera P6 is highly desirable.

- Experience developing, maintaining and updating project / production programs.

- Strong analytical and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

- Confidence working with project and operational teams.
