Senior Planner | Major Transport & Sydney Water Projects

Are you an experienced Senior Planner looking to play a key role on some of New South Wales most significant infrastructure projects?

Unify Recruitment is partnering with a well-established mid-tier civil contractor delivering complex transport and water infrastructure projects across Sydney. With a strong pipeline of secured work and continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Senior Planner to support project delivery from tender through to completion.

Working closely with project teams, commercial managers and senior leadership, you'll be responsible for developing, maintaining and optimising project programmes across a diverse portfolio of major transport and Sydney Water projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, maintain and monitor detailed project programmes using Primavera P6.
- Prepare tender and delivery programmes for major civil infrastructure projects.
- Monitor project progress and identify risks,



delays and mitigation strategies.
- Produce programme updates, critical path analysis and progress reporting.
- Work closely with Project Managers, Engineers and Commercial teams to optimise project performance.
- Support resource planning, forecasting and programme optimisation.
- Participate in planning workshops and client meetings.
- Ensure programmes align with contractual requirements and project milestones.

About You:

- Proven experience as a Senior Planner or Project Planner within civil infrastructure.
- Strong background delivering transport, road, rail, utilities or water infrastructure projects.
- Experience working with a Tier 1 or recognised mid-tier contractor.
- Advanced Primavera P6 skills.
- Excellent understanding of construction methodologies and project sequencing.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary project teams.
