This is your opportunity to be part of an expert team who build and refine seamless technology experiences. In this role, you'll: Ensure the reliability, performance, and security of AWS and Azure cloud platforms supporting critical systems, acting as a senior escalation point for complex operational issues and driving continuous service improvement.

Manage cloud operations end-to-end, including monitoring, incident and problem management, disaster recovery, and performance optimisation, while maintaining robust operational controls, documentation, and automation.

Enforce security and compliance standards, optimise cloud costs, and provide leadership and guidance to engineers while collaborating with stakeholders to enhance cloud maturity and influence platform decisions.

About You You bring strong hands-on expertise across AWS and Azure, applying deep knowledge of cloud infrastructure, security,



and observability tools to support and optimise enterprise environments.

You leverage extensive experience in cloud or platform operations to manage complex, always-on production systems, ensuring stability, risk mitigation, and service continuity in high-pressure environments.

You demonstrate robust accountability, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills, while maintaining a calm, structured approach to incidents and driving continuous improvement aligned with public sector standards.
