How you'll make an impact As Platform Owner - Finance, you'll be responsible for the technology platforms that support AMP's Group Finance, Treasury and corporate functions, ensuring critical finance systems remain secure, resilient and aligned to business priorities.

Working closely with Finance leaders and key stakeholders, you'll lead the ongoing optimisation and governance of a diverse portfolio of finance applications, balancing operational excellence with strategic improvement initiatives. From overseeing production support and platform performance to managing upgrades, regulatory obligations and technology risk, you'll play a central role in enabling the finance function to operate efficiently and effectively.



You'll also help shape the future of AMP's finance systems landscape.

Leading internal and offshore teams alongside strategic technology partners, you'll identify opportunities to simplify platforms, improve service delivery, reduce costs and introduce automation across finance processes. This is a highly visible role where your ability to bridge Finance and Technology will directly influence platform strategy, operational outcomes and long-term business value.

What you'll bring to the role We're seeking an experienced Finance Systems leader with a strong background supporting and enhancing enterprise finance platforms within complex organisations. You will have significant experience working across Finance and

Technology teams, with a strong understanding of financial systems, regulatory environments and the operational requirements of critical finance functions.

Experience managing finance application portfolios, leading platform upgrades and delivering technology projects that support Finance and Treasury stakeholders will be highly regarded. Alongside your technical and functional expertise, you'll bring exceptional stakeholder management skills, commercial acumen and a proven capability to lead teams and vendor partners. You will be comfortable balancing competing priorities across operational support, project delivery, governance and risk management while maintaining a strong focus on service quality and business outcomes.

A background working with platforms such as PeopleSoft, Moody's,

ServiceNow, Jira and related finance technologies, combined with experience in financial services or a similarly regulated environment, will position you for success You’ll thrive here if… If you can adapt from BAU to the ambiguous with ease, you’ll do well here.
