We’re growing and we’re on the hunt for an experienced maintenance plumber who actually loves the trade and takes pride in doing things properly.

What will you be doing?

You will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, providing accurate detailed reports, and completing the work to a top standard. You’ll have total responsibility for your jobs and ownership of your role with the support of our full‑time office staff and the rest of the team. We use Servicem8 software to streamline operations so you can focus on providing top service and building strong client relationships, understanding their needs, and exceeding their expectations.

We’re extremely careful about who we bring on to maintain our awesome team culture.

So here’s what we’d like to see from you:

- You love plumbing and take real pride in your work
- Minimum 6+ years experience as a qualified plumber specifically in maintenance and roofing
- Sales or quoting experience preferred but not essential
- Professional growth mindset (willing to be coached and implement new skills)
- Positive, enthusiastic, glass‑half‑full attitude
- Hold a Certificate III or IV in Plumbing
- Strong understanding of Australian Standards
- Deliver exceptional customer service and communicate well
- Able to build strong working relationships with clients and teammates
- Highly organised with solid time management skills
- Well presented, professional, friendly and a team player
- Comfortable working autonomously while still being part of a team
- Willing to go above and beyond to get the job done properly, first time, every time
- You have the ability to make good calls and problem solve on site
- Desire to grow professionally in the business and take on more responsibility
- White Card and able to obtain National Police Check and Working With Children Check
- Current VIC driver’s license
- Full Australian working rights
- Own hand and power tools
