An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Mechanic to join a respected and established business in Waikanae.
This role will see you working across both the workshop and various site locations, carrying out servicing, repairs, and fault finding on a range of equipment including utes, pumps, generators, small plant, and associated machinery, while providing reliable support across the business.
With the flexibility to manage your own workload and the support of a wider team when required, this position is ideal for someone who takes initiative, enjoys working independently, and takes pride in delivering quality work. Key Responsibilities
- Service and repair utes,
generators, pumps and plant equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance and fault finding
- Complete workshop-based servicing and repairs
- Travel to site when required for servicing and inspections
- Monitor and maintain equipment reliability and performance
- Manage workloads and prioritise tasks independently
