Operations Manager - Plumbing Services

Plumbing Bros is looking for an experienced plumbing professional to join our team as Operations Manager.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems and helping a team perform at its best.

With a dedicated team managing bookings and scheduling, you'll be able to focus on the field team and the performance of our jobs.

What you'll be doing

- Leading and supporting our plumbers and apprentices

- Overseeing the smooth running of field operations

- Providing technical advice and support

- Coaching the team and managing performance

- Scoping and quoting works

- Monitoring job quality and profitability

- Managing callbacks and customer escalations

- Identifying ways to improve productivity and processes

What we're looking for





You'll have strong plumbing knowledge combined with the ability to lead people and make decisions.

Previous supervisory or management experience is a must along with experience in quoting, job management and service plumbing.

Most importantly, we're looking for someone who is proactive, organised, commercially aware and comfortable taking responsibility.
