Due to continued growth in our processing division Atlas Steels is looking for a reliable CNC Router operator to join our growing team. With a 12,000x2200mm processing area you'll be expected to handle large aluminum sheets while avoiding any scratches or damage. With industries from trucking to ship building relying on our expertise you'll need to have a fine eye for detail and competence in running a CNC Router.

Key Responsibilities include but not not limited to:

- Operate Multicam CNC Router
- Maintaining a current license to operate plant as applicable e.g. Forklift (LF), Bridge and Gantry Crane (CB), Dogging (DG) etc.
- Ensuring applicable plant/equipment e.g. Router, forklift, sideloader, crane, band-saw, drop saw, vacuum lifter, pneumatic nail gun etc.



daily pre-operational checklists are completed daily before first use and findings are documented and concerns are reported to Supervisor/Manager immediately.
- Stopping and reporting any signs of mechanical issues during plant/equipment operation.
- Applying lockout/ tag out to plant/equipment as applicable and reporting to Supervisor/Manger immediately.

Successful candidate will posses:

- Picking, Inspecting, Labelling and Packing Orders Prior to Shipment.
- Ability to Work Independently.
- Working Safely within a Team Workplace.
- Outstanding Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
