Wet-seal is seeking an experienced Franchise Manager to join our Head Office team. Wet-seal has been operating for over 40 years and is Australia's largest Franchise Waterproofing Company which has operations both nationally & internationally.

The Franchise Manager’s role is full-time and based in Coffs Harbour, NSW.Full training will be offered to the successful candidate.

This role is part of the Head Office team.

About the Role

The Franchise Manager offers support to franchisees, which ensures the overall success of the organisation by overseeing existing and new franchisees to provide training and information on the business policies and procedures.



The Franchise Manager’s job is to help franchisees optimise the sales and profit from their respective franchise territories and is one of the main communication links between the franchisor and the franchisees. The role has the following key responsibilities:

Manage franchise territories for sale for Greenfield, Brownfield, and Brownfield Split territories.

Screen potential new franchisees ensuring they meet the requirements of the Wet-seal systems.

Continue to grow the number of territories in the system through sale of Greenfield sites and territory splits in line with annual budget forecasts.

Relationship

Serves as a trusted advisor to franchise owners, translating corporate strategy into actionable local growth.

Fosters a cohesive, highly collaborative community among franchisees to encourage the sharing of best practices and maintain brand consistency.

Coaches and mentors franchise owners through every stage of business maturity.

Compliance

Directs the end-to-end franchise renewal process, ensuring seamless contract transitions and long-term network retention.





Oversees the continuous update and management of operating manuals to safeguard brand consistency and operational excellence.

Qualifications

A qualification in business management or marketing is desirable.
