Key Responsibilities

- Deliver evidence-based podiatry assessment, treatment and management services
- Manage a diverse caseload across community, outpatient, inpatient and aged care settings
- Participate in initiatives as required, including preventative health & health education.
- Work intelligently within a multidisciplinary team, and maintain strong communication with external stakeholders in client care.
- (If applicable) Support student placements and mentoring opportunities as appropriate to classification level

About the Role As a Podiatrist, you will provide comprehensive podiatry services to clients in a range of clinical priorities and programs, including community, inpatient, and aged care.



Enjoy a varied caseload of 'generalist' Podiatry work with rural populations alongside high risk wound care, diabetes foot care and inpatient care.

Working intelligently within a wider team of clinicians, you will deliver assessment, treatment, health promotion and preventative care services that support positive health outcomes for individuals and communities. You will also benefit from interdisciplinary collaboration and support, promoting a holistic approach to client care whilst broadening your clinical horizons.

For the right candidate, there is also opportunity to contribute to service development, quality improvement initiatives, clinical leadership activities and the supervision of junior team members.

To be successful, you will have:

- A recognised Podiatry qualification and registration with AHPRA
- Commitment to person-centred care and lifelong learning
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environment
- Valid driving license & ability to travel within the region (fleet cars available)
