W Brisbane located at 81 North Quay, Brisbane City is hiring a Full Time and Part Time Porter. Our Porter takes the initiative to deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay. You will provide our guests with the 'W' experience and surprise and delight them every moment you get. You must have a focus on Loyalty and Guest Service, and require experience in the following:

- Experience in a similar role within a hotel setting
- Experience with Opera property management system
- Armed with smart solutions and a can-do attitude
- Energised in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent grooming and presentation skills
- Must be available to work AM, PM, and Overnight Shifts

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Assist guests with luggage
- Coordinate and arrange guest transfers, taxis, and shuttle services
- General guest services and customer assistance
- Valet park and retrieve guest vehicles
- Provide local information, directions, and recommendations
