Launch is partnering with a leading Australian organisation to recruit an experienced Power Platform Team Lead to join their enterprise technology team.

Leading a team of developers, you'll play a pivotal role in designing, developing and supporting enterprise-scale Power Platform solutions while working closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, provide technical guidance and deliver innovative outcomes.

We're looking for someone who can lead from the front, mentor a team, influence technical direction, and confidently translate complex technical concepts into practical business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the Power Platform development team and provide technical direction
- Design and deliver enterprise-grade Power Apps and Power Platform solutions
- Act as the technical lead across application design, development, deployment and support
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define solutions
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and architecture designs
- Lead solution design workshops and technical discussions
- Drive development standards, governance and best practices
- Oversee integrations between Power Platform and enterprise systems
- Mentor developers and support capability uplift across the team
- Manage releases and deployment processes through Azure DevOps/GitHub





Key Requirements Leadership & Stakeholder Management

- Demonstrated experience leading or mentoring development teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to build credibility with business and technical stakeholders
- Solid requirements gathering, workshop facilitation and consulting skills
- Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions

- Strong hands-on experience solutioning and developing Power Apps applications
- Power Apps Canvas Apps
- Power Apps Model-Driven Apps
- Microsoft Dataverse (advanced data modelling)
- Power Fx (delegation and performance optimisation)
- Power Automate (complex cloud flows)
- Custom Connectors
- REST API Integrations
- Azure Logic Apps
- Azure DevOps/GitHub
- Operations Support Systems (OSS) experience/knowledge

Highly Regarded

- Telecommunications industry experience
