About the Role

We’re seeking a hands-on Practice Manager to work 2-3 days per week, taking full ownership of practice operations, compliance, and staff coordination — with at least one of those days spent supporting the front desk alongside our reception team. This is a genuine Practice Manager role,



not a scaled-down version: you’ll be trusted with real responsibility from day one.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day practice operations and billing
- Manage compliance and lead the practice through accreditation
- Coordinate clinician schedules and liaise with GPs and allied health providers
- Manage staff rostering
- Process payroll
- Support staff onboarding, contracts, and HR administration
- Contribute to and help drive practice marketing initiatives
- Provide reception cover approximately one day per week, including patient check-in, appointment booking, and phone/email enquiries

About You

- Previous experience as a Practice Manager or in a senior practice administration role, ideally within general practice or allied health
- Working knowledge of Medicare billing, practice accreditation standards, and healthcare compliance r
