About the Role:

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Service Delivery Manager (Practice Manager) to lead the operational delivery of the clients growing clinical services.

Based in Sydney CBD with a hybrid working arrangement, you will oversee the day-to-day coordination of multidisciplinary clinical services, ensuring patients receive the right care at the right time. Working closely with geriatricians, GPs, nurse practitioners, registered nurses and aged care providers, you will play a key role in driving operational excellence while supporting the continued growth of the organisation.

This position is ideal for a proactive healthcare leader who enjoys improving systems, leading teams and delivering exceptional service within a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Main Duties

- Lead and support the Sydney Care Coordination team together with the offshore administration team.
- Manage clinician scheduling and optimise workforce utilisation across multiple healthcare services.
- Oversee Medicare billing processes, ensuring billing accuracy, compliance and operational integrity.
- Develop, implement and continuously improve operational systems, workflows and standard operating procedures.
- Coordinate the onboarding of new clinicians, aged care facilities and service programs.




- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and an outstanding patient experience.
- Drive operational performance through continuous improvement initiatives and effective team leadership.

Skills & Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Practice Manager, Service Delivery Manager or similar operational leadership role within a healthcare environment.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams within a multi-doctor practice, medical specialist clinic or healthcare organisation.
- Strong knowledge of Medicare and MBS billing processes.
- Demonstrated success improving operational efficiency, clinician utilisation and service delivery.
- Experience developing systems, processes and standard operating procedures.
- Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A collaborative leadership style with a passion for continuous improvement.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-growing healthcare environment.
