Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations and administration of our clinic. The Practice Manager leads a highly capable team of clinical and non-clinical staff and serves as the first point of contact for the clinic Practitioners. The ideal candidate will possess strong people leadership skills, a solid operational background in medical practice management, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management: Efficiently manage day-to-day clinic operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to regulatory standards.

People Leadership: Lead a team of administrators to maintain high-performance levels and a positive working environment.

Patient Experience: Focus on delivering excellent patient experiences by ensuring outstanding customer service and patient satisfaction in each interaction.

Financial Oversight: Manage financial aspects including budgeting, payroll, billing,



and optimizing revenue streams while controlling costs.

Compliance and Regulation: Ensure the clinic complies with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.

Marketing: Ensure clinic marketing information is relevant, accurate and timely.

Vendor and Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, liaise with vendors, and manage supply orders efficiently.

Requirements:

Minimum of 7 years experience in a managerial role within a similar specialist medical practice or healthcare setting OR 10+ years as a senior medical receptionist in a similar setting and is ready to take the next step.

Strong knowledge of medical practice operations. Experience in skin cancer medicine and or cosmetic medicine would be highly advantageous.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Proficiency in medical software and systems for clinic management.
