The Opportunity

You'll prepare the services tender documentation, present the implementation strategy and resourcing plan to clients, and stay across post-tender reviews and services clarifications through to award.

- Estimate services effort : PM, Installation , commissioning, supervision, documentation, travel and apply labour rates to build the priced services proposal.

- Prepare services tender documentation, method statements, execution and commissioning plans, compliance statements.
- Build and deliver the strategy and implementation presentation covering how we'll execute and what resources it takes.
- Attend post-tender reviews and own services-related responses through clarification and award.
- Lead clean sales-to-delivery handovers so nothing is lost between winning and building.

Required Experience

- Significant project-delivery experience on large ($20M+) electrical, data centre or critical-infrastructure projects. This role requires someone who has delivered, not only estimated.
- Strong understanding of critical power and cooling, UPS, batteries, power trains, busways, CDUs, cooling and/or energy storage systems.
- Able to develop execution strategies, schedules and resource plans, and to build priced services cost models from a delivery basis.
