Your new role

As a Precast Formworker, you will be responsible for constructing and assembling formwork used in the production of precast concrete panels. Working within a busy precast facility, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality products for commercial construction projects.

Your duties will include

- Constructing and modifying timber formwork for precast concrete panels
- Reading and interpreting drawings and specifications
- Measuring, cutting and assembling formwork components
- Assisting with concrete pours and stripping moulds
- Maintaining a safe and organised work environment
- Working collaboratively with production and construction teams

What you'll need to succeed





- Previous experience in precast concrete, formwork, or concrete construction
- Carpentry qualification highly regarded
- White Card Essential
- Asbestos Awareness certification Essential
- Silica Awareness certification Essential
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Strong understanding of workplace health and safety requirements
- Reliable work ethic and ability to work as part of a team
