About the Role

We're looking for ENTHUSIASTIC, COMPASSIONATE and ENERGETIC support workers (male and female) to join our team In Wellington Dubbo NSW, supporting people in Community settings and Supported independent Living (SIL) Homes during both day shift and night.

If you enjoy helping people build independence, connect with their community and achieve their goals - while working alongside a fun supportive team - this role is perfect for YOU.

Supporting Individuals with High Complex circumstances,



High Behavioural, High Mental health and Palliative needs

Supporting participants in the Community and SIL environments

Working along side a great team of Co-Ordinators

Experience working with Positive Behaviour Support Plans (PBSPs) and Progress

Experience with Restrictive Practice (RP) implementation (high desirable)

Candidates must also have versatile availability and prior experience working within SIL homes.

Our ideal candidates will possess the following:

- Cert III in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent qualification, or willingness to obtain
- Current First Aid/CPR Certificate
- Current Australian Police Clearance/ Criminal History Check
- Current Driver License
- Current NDIS Workers Screening Yellow Card & Working with Children Check
