Role Summary

Air Liquide Healthcare Australia specialises in respiratory diseases and offers medical gases, homecare, and sleep services. The Home Healthcare Technician (HHCT) delivers medical equipment and oxygen cylinders to patients, provides comprehensive set‑up and education, and offers ongoing support, including on‑call assistance outside of standard hours.

Key Responsibilities

- Install medical devices in patients’ homes and hospitals in accordance with local regulations, medical prescriptions, and prescriber expectations.
- Train patients on the proper use of their equipment following local regulations.
- Provide feedback to prescribers on patient autonomy, follow‑up, and treatment compliance.
- Ensure patient and prescriber satisfaction as part of treatment follow‑up.
- Document incidents related to materiovigilance.

Required Qualifications

- Technical degree.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of mechanics.
