Book My Look is a Brisbane-based designer dress hire boutique, helping women feel confident for life's biggest moments - from school formals to weddings, birthdays, races and other special occasions.

We're passionate about creating an exceptional experience for every client and are looking for someone who shares that passion. As a small, growing business, every team member plays an important role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, both in-store and behind the scenes.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a hands-on role combining fashion styling, customer service and boutique operations. Alongside styling appointments, you'll prepare garments, manage bookings, assist customers with enquiries and help ensure the boutique runs smoothly. We're looking for someone who takes initiative, enjoys working with people and is happy to pitch in wherever needed.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Style clients during one-on-one fitting appointments.

Deliver an exceptional in-store customer experience.

Prepare, steam, check and pack garments for upcoming hires.





Manage bookings and respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and social media.

Maintain a clean, organised and well-presented boutique.

YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU...

Have at least 6 months' retail or customer service experience (experience in fashion, styling or boutique retail preferred).

Have a genuine interest in fashion, styling and designer brands.

Are warm, confident and professional with a positive attitude.

Are highly organised, dependable and proactive, with exceptional attention to detail.

Enjoy creating exceptional customer experiences.

Are comfortable working independently while contributing to a small, close-knit team in a fast-paced environment.

Are looking for a long-term chance to grow with our business.

AVAILIBILITY

Minimum 24 hours per week across 4 days (Tuesday-Sunday).

Days are flexible; however, Thursday availability is essential.
