Pilchers Mitre 10 is seeking a Trade Salesperson & Truck Driver to join our Mitre 10 Trade Team in Bowen, QLD. This is a full-time position that combines customer-facing sales expertise with HR driving responsibilities. You will be play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our trade customers, whilst ensuring efficient product delivery to job sites. This is an end-to-end role, from customer orders, to timely on site delivery.

Key responsibilities

Drive company vehicles transporting materials to job sites in a safe and professional manner. A HR License is essential.

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing trade customers through excellent customer service

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the trade sector

Provide product knowledge and advice to customers, assisting with selecting appropriate materials

Manage product deliveries, including loading, unloading and securing materials. A forklift license is essential.

Represent Pilchers Mitre 10 professionally at all times, promoting our brand values and commitment to quality

What we’re looking for

A HR Australian driver's licence with a clean driving record

Previous experience in sales, preferably within the building sector





Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay cool under times of pressure

Physical fitness and capability to perform manual handling of products and materials

Showing up on time and being dependable is absolutely required
