UGL is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to establish and lead the quality function for a major fibre infrastructure project in NSW. Based in Campbelltown, you will develop, implement and continuously improve project quality systems to ensure compliance, consistency and excellence across delivery teams.

You will lead audits, non-conformance and corrective action programs, coach delivery partners, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
