Salary: 129,311 - 142,018

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and highly experienced SuccessFactors Employee Central Lead - Time Off to oversee and drive EC related projects, continuous enhancements, and innovation initiatives. This role goes beyond operational support, focusing on delivering strategic improvements, leading functional design, and shaping the direction of EC capabilities in partnership with HR and IT leadership. You will champion EC best practices, guide configuration excellence, oversee integrations, and ensure the solution evolves to meet business needs. The ideal candidate brings strong functional depth, leadership capabilities, and a passion for driving digital HR transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the functional expert for Time Off & Time Tracking modules with Employee Central knowledge & understanding.
- Lead a workstream and/or support the design, configuration, testing and deployment of EC and Time Off & Time Tracking functionality.
- Work with clients to gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into solution designs and configuration.
- Configure Time Tracking, Time Types, Time accounts, Work Schedules, Accrual rules & calculation Logic
- Configure workflows, business rules, permissions and eligibility rules according to best practices.
- Maintain leave balances and perform adjustments
- Ensure proper integration with Employee Central, payroll, and external systems where applicable
- Support reporting, audit, and compliance
- Support data migration, integrations and security design as part of the overall solution.
- Conduct testing (SIT, UAT) and support go‑live, including issue resolution and user training.
- Produce high‑quality functional specifications, design documents and end‑user documentation.
- Participate in client workshops, presentations and training sessions.
Required Skills & Experience:
Technical & Functional Expertise
- 8–10+ years of end‑to‑end experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central (implementation or project‑focused).
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable, efficient solutions.
- Provide guidance to junior consultants and support knowledge transfer within the team.
- Experienced consultant with strong hands‑on SAP SuccessFactors knowledge in Employee Central
- Proven track record of delivering at least 2–3 full lifecycle implementations of EC & Time Off.
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time Off certifications are essential.
- Solid communication and stakeholder management skills; comfortable working with both business and technical teams.
- Ability to manage project scope, timelines, and resources effectively.
- Exposure to integrations, data migration and reporting is an advantage.

- Comfortable leading in an onsite, business‑facing environment.

- Understanding of EC Payroll or SAP Payroll integrations.
