About the Opportunity
We're partnering with a leading Australian organisation in the travel and loyalty sector to recruit multiple Outbound Sales Consultants on a permanent full-time basis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, thrives in a fast-paced sales environment, and is looking to establish a long-term career with a highly regarded organisation.

About You
We're looking for someone who:

- Has experience in outbound sales, telesales or a contact centre sales environment.
- Is confident speaking with business owners and senior decision-makers.
- Thrives in a KPI-driven environment.
- Is commercially minded with strong communication and influencing skills.
- Can build rapport quickly and hold engaging, consultative conversations over the phone.
- Is resilient, self-motivated and results-driven.
- Has an interest in travel, loyalty programs or customer engagement.

Experience in B2B sales, customer retention,



account management or loyalty programs will be highly regarded, but isn't essential.
