Your Role You'll take a senior leadership position across:

- Land and urban development
- Residential subdivisions
- Roads, intersections and associated infrastructure
- Earthworks and site development
- Stormwater and drainage
- Project and commercial management
- Client relationship development
- Team leadership, mentoring and recruitment
- Business development and future growth

You'll have the autonomy to lead while still having the resources and support of a highly successful consultancy behind you.

Who We're Looking For

You'll ideally bring





- Significant Australian civil consultancy experience
- Strong land and urban development expertise
- Experience across subdivisions, roads and associated civil infrastructure
- Proven project management and delivery capability
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
- Established client relationships and commercial awareness
- The ability to identify and develop new business opportunities
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- The ambition to take genuine ownership rather than simply manage another team's workload
