The opportunity

We're looking for a Principal Consultant for our Consulting and Transformation desk. This isn't a desk you'll need to build from scratch; you'll be stepping into an established, profitable space with real momentum and strong client relationships already in place.

What you'll do

- Own the full recruiting lifecycle for contract mandates in consulting and transformation, from business development through to placement
- Build relationships with boutique and large consulting firms and corporate clients, driving new business alongside repeat work
- Build a strong talent pool of active and passive candidates across permanent, contract, project services and transformation markets
- Help grow Lemon as a business through running social media campaigns, creating marketing material, hosting events, writing thought leadership, maintaining our client/candidate database,



mentoring recent talent, and contributing to overall strategy

What we're looking for

- Experience recruiting into consulting, project services or transformation with contract/contracting recruitment experience highly valued
- Strong business development capability and a genuine drive to keep growing the desk
- An interest in managing and mentoring junior team members
- High resilience and excellent objection-handling skills
- An entrepreneurial, strategic mindset with a commercial edge and a drive for exceptional personal performance
