About the Role

As a Recruitment Consultant / Principal Consultant, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of your market and develop both client and candidate relationships.

You will

Develop and grow the client base across Australia

Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders

Identify new business opportunities and develop long-term client partnerships

Manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle from business development through to candidate placement

Deliver permanent, contract and specialist recruitment assignments

Develop and maintain strong talent networks across relevant markets

Understand client workforce requirements and provide consultative recruitment solutions

Manage existing accounts and identify opportunities for further growth

Work closely with the internal recruitment and HR teams to deliver high-quality outcomes

Represent the business professionally in the Australian market

Contribute market intelligence and ideas to support continued growth

Build a strong professional network and market presence

Over time, contribute to the development and growth of the wider recruitment team

About You

We are looking for an experienced recruitment professional who has the confidence, commercial capability and relationship-building skills to grow a market.

You will ideally have experience in recruitment within professional services, technical, engineering, corporate or another specialist market, together with a proven ability to develop client relationships and deliver successful recruitment outcomes.

You will be comfortable with both business development and candidate delivery,



and you will take a consultative approach to understanding what clients actually need.

You will ideally bring

Strong experience in 360 recruitment and business development A proven track record of developing new clients and growing existing accounts

Strong communication and relationship-management skills The confidence to engage with senior client stakeholders

Experience managing end-to-end recruitment assignments

Strong candidate sourcing and talent-market knowledge A commercial and results-driven mindset An entrepreneurial approach and willingness to build rather than simply maintain The ability to work independently while collaborating with a wider team

Strong organisational and time-management skills The ability to manage multiple recruitment assignments and priorities A genuine interest in building long-term client relationships The ambition to contribute to the continued growth of the business
