Principal Recruitment Consultant, New Energy Markets

We are looking for a Principal Recruitment Consultant to join our Recent Energy Markets team, covering Data Centre Energy, Renewables, Construction, Legal, Finance and Engineering.

What you'll be doing

- Owning and growing a desk across one or more of Data Centre Energy, Renewables, Construction, Legal, Finance or Engineering recruitment




- Building genuine relationships with clients and candidates shaping Australia's energy future
- Running a fast, disciplined recruitment process that gets results, not drawn out timelines
- Working alongside a high performing team who take the market seriously and each other seriously too
- Playing a part in our next phase of growth as we expand our new office and our footprint globally

What we're looking for

- 3+ years recruitment experience, ideally within energy, renewables, construction, legal, finance or engineering sectors
- A track record of billing and building long-term client relationships, not just filling one-off roles
- Someone who wants to be the trusted expert in their patch, not just another biller
- Firm, fair, and driven. Someone who backs themselves and backs the team
- A genuine interest in energy and the transition, not just recruitment for recruitment's sake
